Job Summary

As a Stock Supervisor, you'll oversee back-of-house operations: receiving, shipping, inventory management, stockroom organization and standards and markdown/markup execution. You'll ensure efficient product intake and replenishment on the sales floor. You'll package orders for customers while contributing to an inclusive work environment focused on both the product and the customer.

What You'll Do

  • Manage stock room operations by overseeing staffing, supply inventory, maintenance, and equipment.

  • Support the store team to exceed selling and service expectations for our customers.

  • Ensure the store meets back-of-house standards in replenishment, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Adeptly learn and teach our shipment systems while complying with merchandise handling guidelines.

  • Ensure the store meets back-of-house standards in replenishment, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Demonstrate leadership by providing direction to associates while fostering excellent communication with Inventory Control and management.

Hourly Range: $16.50 - $20.50
