WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Crumbl Cookies in Vestavia Hills is looking for Utility/Dishwasher Crew Members. Come be a part of this fast-growing company where we "bring families together over the best box of cookies in the world!" Crumbl Vestavia Hills is looking for part time utility crew members to wash dishes, keep the store clean & organized, fold boxes, & put shipments away.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday - Saturday: 7 p.m. - 11 p.m/1am.
JOB DUTIES (included but not limited to):
  • Wash & put away baking pans, bowls, and utensils
  • Help receive and rotate stock of ingredients (must be able to routinely lift 50 lb flour bags, sugar, chocolate, etc.)
  • Fold cookie boxes for the front counter
  • Keep floor clean of dough and debris
  • Wipe down and clean equipment
  • Break down cardboard box & take out trash
  • No previous experience necessary

POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Part-time

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply

  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment
  • Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods

After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
