Job description

Stellantis Mopar Technical Service Operations is seeking a Warranty Systems Administrator to support Warranty Operations through system support, maintenance, enhancements, and development activities for all North America dealer-facing and corporate warranty applications. This position serves as the primary liaison between Warranty Operations, Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), and other business stakeholders to ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also represents North American Warranty Operations in global initiatives, system implementations, and cross-functional projects.

Duties Include:

  • Manage incoming dealer and internal support tickets, investigate issues, coordinate resolution activities, and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and administer warranty system parameters, business rules, configurations, and programs that govern warranty claim processing and adjudication.
  • Manage user access and security controls for warranty systems, including documentation, approvals, audits, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Lead the resolution of Service Global Issues (GIMs/Sirius tickets), including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and business requirement development for policy and system enhancements.
  • Participate in audit activities and ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls across the North America warranty systems portfolio.
  • Partner with ICT and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop business cases, support testing activities, and manage warranty system projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Support global and regional warranty initiatives, system upgrades, process improvements, and strategic projects as assigned by management.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and user communications to support operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Provide technical and business support to Warranty Operations and other Technical Service Operations teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and system issues and develop effective solutions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of warranty operations experience
  • Experience supporting business systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, or development activities
  • Project management or project coordination experience
  • Understanding of automotive service, warranty administration, or dealership operations
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
  • Familiarity with audit controls, compliance requirements, or SOX processes
