What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager at Schultz Construction, you’ll be at the helm of multiple dynamic projects, guiding them from concept to completion with the support of a dedicated team of Project Engineers. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

  • Manage Project Execution: Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring everything from materials procurement to equipment management is executed flawlessly.
  • Inspire and Mentor: Lead, train, and empower a team of Project Engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  • Drive Success: Coordinate and lead project teams, including external contractors and subcontractors, Project Engineers and field crews, to ensure that all project milestones are met with precision and on time.
