Position Summary

The Construction Management Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for Instrumentation & Controls and Network infrastructure systems. This role works closely with engineering, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design and quality requirements, while supporting commissioning and successful facility turnover.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Reviewengineeringdrawings,RFIs,andsubmittals.

  • Coordinatewithcontractorsandcross-functionalteams.

  • SupportInstrumentation&Controlsand/orNetworkinfrastructureinstallations.

  • Overseecablerouting,fiber/copperinfrastructure,andsystemintegration.

  • Supportcommissioning,testing,andprojectturnover.

  • Resolvefieldengineeringandconstructionissues.

  • Trackprojectschedule,quality,safety,andcost.

  • Identifyprocessimprovementsanddriveexecutionefficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegreeinengineering(Electrical,Mechanical,Chemicalorrelated).

  • Minimum2-3yearsofexperiencesupportinglargecommercialconstructionsprojects(semiconductor,Datacenterexperienceisaplus).

  • experiencecoordinatingengineeringconstruction,contractorsandcrossfunctionalstakeholders.

  • workingknowledgeofconstructiondrawings,specifications,RFIs,Submittals,fieldissueresolution.

  • Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandprioritiesinafastpacedconstructionenvironment.

  • proficientwithMicrosoftofficeandprojectmanagementtoolsandabilitytocreateJIRAtrackers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • experiencewithInstrumentation&Controlssystems,Industrialnetworkingorlowvoltageinfrastructure.

  • experiencesupportingcommissioningand startup,systemturnoveractivities.

  • Knowledgeofsemiconductormanufacturingfacilitiesorindustrialprocesssystems.

  • familiaritywithconstruction/projectmanagementandcontractcoordination.

  • experienceusingPMtoolssuchasJira,Bluebeam,ACCandsimilarplatforms.

  • Abilitytoidentifyprocessimprovementopportunitiesanddevelopstandardizedworkflowtoimproveprojectexecution.

The current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $120,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
