The impact you'll make:

The Assistant Manager (ASM) plays a crucial role in driving the success of the store while embodying and upholding the company’s values of Wellness, Growth, and Community. This leadership position is essential in ensuring operational excellence, fostering team development, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. 
The ASM is a core leader within the store, reporting to the Store Manager and managing critical operational functions. This role demands a balance of leadership, operational focus, and a people-first approach to inspire the team, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

  • Team Development & Retention: Engage, develop, and retain Team Members by recognizing and leveraging their unique talents and expertise.
  • Succession Planning: Establish and maintain a robust succession strategy to support long-term growth.
  • KPI Achievement: Deliver results by achieving key performance metrics, including revenue growth, comp sales, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, loyalty program growth, and labor efficiency.
  • Business Acumen: Leverage analytical skills and sound judgment to identify and act on opportunities to grow the business.
  • Product Expertise: Ensure Team Members are equipped with in-depth product knowledge to make intentional, meaningful recommendations to Community Members.
  • Visual Standards: Uphold presentation standards and identify merchandising opportunities to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Community Service: Foster a culture of exceptional community member service, sharing Saje’s products and spreading wellness through every interaction.
  • Community Outreach: Drive business growth through innovative and proactive community engagement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and uplift the team by coaching, collaborating, and embodying Saje’s values.
  • Culture Advocacy: Prioritize a culture of personal growth, self-awareness, and inclusivity in all aspects of work.
