Job description

**Description** SAIC is seeking a logistics analyst to work from our warehouse at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico, supporting a program for the Space Systems Command (SSC). The selected candidate will support planning, development and implementation of processes to coordinate physical distribution, order fulfillment, inventory management and control, and contract management activities. Your primary duties will include: + Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, invoices, and carrier paperwork + Verify package integrity and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance + Maintain digital and physical records of shipments in accordance with customer and company policy + Coordinate inbound receiving schedules with warehouse receiving teams. + Track inbound load status and communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods. + Plan and manage material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production + Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans + Perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; will work out of a central warehouse + Use computer system for inventory tracking, logging, verifying and reporting + Support receiving, replacing, and retiring of HW and SW inventory and components + Apply processes in accordance with DoD, Air Force, Space Force and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), EGS government supply chain of custody, and property asset management requirements **Qualifications** + Bachelor's and three (3) years or more of related experience; Master's and one year of related experience.
