DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The Basics
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an industrial environment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Mechanical experience

The Extras
  • Machining and Millwright experience strongly preferred
  • CNC experience
  • Leadership Experience and/or capabilities
  • Strong quality awareness

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Perform Roll Shop Daily Tasks
  • Perform All Roll Shop Functions on Herkules WS 250, WS450, Chocker/Dechocker, and Automatic Roll Loading System along with auxiliary equipment
  • Evaluate Roll and Equipment Conditions
  • Rebuild Complex Bearing and Roll Assemblies with Precision and Accuracy
  • Meet/Exceed quality and efficiency standards
  • Set up and operator complex machine set ups
  • Inspect finished rolls for accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and reduced costs
  • Demonstrate the company values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Relationships, and Sustainability
  • Fulfill the commitment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Fulfill the responsibilities required to achieve the Quality Commitment
  • Demonstrate commitment to teamwork by fostering an environment that embodies trust and respect
