  • Build the skills needed to progress into an Assistant Manager role

Who This Role Is For
You may be a great fit if you:
  • Are interested in growing into a leadership role in fitness or hospitality
  • Are organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Enjoy working with people and solving problems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Are coachable and eager to learn systems and processes

Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time role averaging ~20 hours per week
  • Variable shifts, including some evenings and weekends
