Property Manage CT is a full-service property management, construction, and maintenance company serving residential and condominium communities throughout Central Connecticut.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, solves problems efficiently, and provides outstanding service to residents and clients.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance at residential rental properties and condominium communities.
This role requires someone who can work independently, diagnose issues quickly, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service with residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily maintenance work orders
  • Perform interior and exterior painting
  • Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, minor tile)
  • Perform drywall repair and patching
  • Handle light plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, leaks)
  • Perform light electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures)
  • Conduct general carpentry and repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Document completed work orders using company technology

  • Previous maintenance or construction experience required
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record

  • Must provide basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
