First National Bank of America has an opening for an investigative and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join the Risk Management team. This position will focus on evaluating and risk-rating third parties to identify, assess, and monitor potential risks. The Risk Analyst role requires above-average attention to detail, a strong commitment to accuracy, and the ability to complete tasks on time. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and risk-rating third parties in a manner that meets regulatory requirements and provides meaningful risk information to the business units that rely on those third parties
  • Maintaining contracts, business continuity plans, insurance certificates, audit reports, and other documentation for each third party
  • Producing quarterly reports for the Board of Directors regarding third-party onboarding, terminations, and significant events
  • Improving and maintaining the management information system that houses third-party information
  • Collaborating with business units and teammates to map vendor products and services to bank processes
  • Identifying and escalating emerging risks, such as those related to artificial intelligence or single points of failure

Qualifications:

  • Database Management and Record Management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel pivot tables and formulas
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels within an organization through both verbal and written channels
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
