Roles and Responsibilities: The Tower Foreman will oversee the Tower crew that is assigned to them.

  • New Site Builds
  • Tower MODs
  • Inspections / Tower Mapping
  • MW install / Maintenance
  • Fiber Splicing
  • Daily status updates to management team

Experience and Education

  • At least 4 years climbing experience
  • Anritsu certified (preferred)
  • Ability to read / understand blueprints
  • Knowledge of standard knots and rigging practices
