Staff Nurse (RGN)

Looking for a talented RGN or RMN Staff Nurse with a caring and empathetic approach to join our UK nursing home team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed. Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident. Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to provide the best possible care to residents. Adhere to policies and procedures to provide person-centered care. Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed. Manage any emergencies or situations that may arise during your shift. Requirements: NMC registration as an RGN or RMN. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A kind and caring attitude towards residents and their needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing situations and needs.
