Job description

  • Develop, debug, and optimize V93000 based application tests in BBN TestLab
  • Manage, drive transfer and release of customer devices to TestLab
  • Facilitate the introduction and implementation of V93000 based test solutions to improve TestLab application device test coverage
  • Ramp and mentor test engineers with specific focus on application test/debug background
  • Participation in regular test cycles and exploratory testing campaigns for validating SmarTest.
  • Collect and evaluate R&D features and test requirements (on existing and new products) to further improve test coverage and capabilities
  • Analyze existing manual and automated test procedures to analyze coverage, test gaps and duplications of test effort.
  • Analyze existing processes for installation, configuration and maintenance of software and tools for various test environments
  • Improve test coverage and reduce test execution times in close cooperation with other SW teams working on automation solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years' relevant experience in semiconductor testing, preferably as an application engineer collaborating with Advantest clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the development, debugging, and correlation of V93000 applications.
  • Project involvement in at least one of the following areas: digital, mixed-signal, or RF technologies.
  • Proficient command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience employing AI for test case development and automation.
  • Expertise in enhancing existing test hardware, including load boards.
  • Project background covering multiple technology domains: digital, mixed-signal, and RF.
