Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Branch Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of operations as well as designing strategies that promote teamwork, operational efficiency, and growth.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs
• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
• Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth
• Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness
• Evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business
• Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity
• Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
