Job description

Job Summary:
As a Retread Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the retreading process of tires. You will work with a team to inspect, buff, repair, and retread tires to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy tires
- Good hand-eye coordination
Responsibilities:
- Inspect tires for damage and wear
- Buff and prepare tire surfaces for retreading
- Repair minor tire damage as needed
- Operate retreading machinery following safety procedures
- Monitor retread process to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in inventory management of retread materials
- Follow all company policies and procedures for retreading operations
