This flexible position is ideal for a retired nurse who wants to continue making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults in need of care while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments
  • Develop and update individualized care plans
  • Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and office staff
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals as needed
  • Participate in quality assurance and client satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications:
