• What will you do:
• Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and developing the team.
• Create a welcoming and friendly store environment and respond to customer needs professionally.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with honesty and integrity.
• Step in as Store Manager when needed.
• Conduct pre-testing for eye exams and take accurate eyewear measurements.
• Recommend products and stay informed about industry trends.
• Educate customers on lens care, maintenance, and proper use.
• Process sales, payments, returns, and other transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Manage inventory shipments and maintain store displays according to brand standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by phone and email.
