Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy and in conjunction with the Medical staff, the Manager Retail Pharmacy Services is responsible for developing, implementing, assessing, marketing, and coordinating a Retail pharmacy operation and services designed to meet the needs of the healthcare providers and their patients. Supervises and coordinates all retail pharmacy activities. All functions are performed in keeping with continuous quality improvement standards. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy, Masters degree or Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy leadership role
Licensure: Current licensure as a Pharmacist by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy
