Job Description

The Director of Client Relationships is the supporting relationship owner of the Healthcare+ EVS portfolio and brand.   The role will support with comprehensive, client-facing strategies developed in partnership with operations and growth leaders across the line of business.   The role will serve as a client advocate, direct and lead the efforts for advancing our market position, and developing our value proposition at our existing accounts.

Key functions of the role are to provide: 

  • Trends in the EVS industry.
  • Analysis of the health of the client relationship.
  • Plans to Identify and align on clients' goals and aspirations.
  • Customized solutions based on mutually beneficial strategic considerations in partnership with the Operations and Growth teams.
  • Case studies/Proof Points of the differential advantages of Aramark, resulting in long-term development and industry-leading client retention and growth rates.
  • Participation in Sales Presentations and support the build-up and winning strategies to RFP/RFI work

Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to lead client engagement planning and execution and to collaborate with operations leadership and functional support partners to develop, lead, and execute customized accountstrategies for our existing client partners. The role will be able to proactively identify, anticipate, and communicate potential obstacles, challenges, and/or issues at a client account that could adversely impact our ability to retain the account and partner with operations leadership in developing and executing client customized retention strategies.

**This is a remote, work-from-home, role with national travel.   Proximity to a major airport is preferred.

Travel: Expected to travel up to 70%.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead external client relationship building to gain a deep and validated understanding of our EVS strategic objectives and pains.
  • Lead internal relationship building to successfully  partner within a matrixed organization, relying on internal subject matter experts and operational leaders to develop solutions meeting our portfolio strategic objectives.
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships in partnership with the Retention and Operational team.  This may include wiring plans, formalized client communications, client business review process, proposal development, client presentations and individualized meetings.
  • Identify growth opportunities and retention risks through the application of Aramark reporting and analysis tools.
  • Develop an independent perspective on the strength of our partnerships through direct client engagement.
  • Ensure delivery of client expectations within the contract portfolio.

  • Ability to identify and apply quantifiable client-centered performance metrics and operational results to existing and proposed services.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS preferred, or a minimum of 7 years of account management or sales-related experience in the EVS field.   Healthcare experience is a strong preference .
  • Operational acumen and savvy, including technical understanding and financial proposal development.
  • Experience with large clients organziations.
  • Demonstratedexcellence in written and oral communication skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking in a high pressure, high reward environment.
