National Account Manager (Remote, Salary + Commission) Adaptec Solutions National Account Manager (Remote, Salary + Commission) Atlanta, GA 30033 Adaptec Solutions is a top-ten, North American integration partner engineering diverse material handling and automation solutions with lifecycle service support for manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing companies. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Client Relationship Manager to oversee and grow a national service business portfolio valued at approximately $18+ million. This individual will be responsible for managing six key national accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving strategic growth, and delivering year-over-year business stability and expansion.

The ideal candidate will currently reside in the metropolitan area of one of the following target cities: Atlanta, GA; Memphis, TN; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; or Chicago, IL. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for six national accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels. Develop and execute account strategies to expand revenue and improve profitability year over year.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining service excellence. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreements that balance client needs with business profitability. Partner with senior leadership to align account strategies with organizational goals, market opportunities, and operational capabilities.

Work closely with operations, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs. Monitor account health, financial performance, and client feedback to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of account management, client relationship management, or business development experience in a technical service-based industry (preferably large-scale or national account focus).

Strong ability to develop and understand pricing strategies. History of developing and applying KPIs to drive improvements in service delivery and deliver greater customer value. Strong understanding of business financials as they relate to the national accounts.

Proven success in high-value contract negotiation and renewal management. Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that balance short-term goals with long-term client partnerships. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Demonstrated success in stabilizing accounts and delivering consistent year-over-year revenue growth. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred). MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS: Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Maintaining a high client satisfaction and retention rate across all accounts. Driving account expansion through innovative service offerings and strategic partnerships. Delivering accurate forecasts and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000. The rate range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Adaptec Solutions considers factors including, but not limited to experience and geographic location.
