• Deliver therapy services through virtual sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing various mental health challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately gauge mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update treatment plans in response to client progress and evolving needs, leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with all relevant mental health regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and intervention strategies as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and external resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay informed of the latest mental health research, skills, and regulations to enhance practice and improve client outcomes.

You will work primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds who face a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your compassionate approach will help foster an environment of trust, allowing clients to explore their emotions and address their mental health concerns effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with clients empathetically.
• A demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team-oriented environment, maintaining a proactive approach to client care.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health regulations and local resources.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to manage documentation and record-keeping effectively.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery, familiarity with virtual therapy platforms, and best practices.
• Background in working with specific client populations, such as adolescents, families, or those suffering from substance abuse issues.
• Competency in evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to client needs.
