Day in the Life

Lead patient acquisition and census growth through paid media, SEO, brand strategy, and performance marketing. Own marketing spend, creative direction, attribution, and agency management while partnering closely with Patient Access, Business Development, and Legal. Drive measurable growth by optimizing lead generation, conversion, and patient acquisition across all markets. This role is remote but applicants should currently be based in eastern or central time zones. Travel expectations will be as needed and at least quarterly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media, SEO, and local marketing strategies.

  • Lead brand messaging, creative development, and performance testing.

  • Manage marketing analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking.

  • Oversee agency and vendor partnerships.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with operational growth objectives.

Preferred Education & Experience
  • Seven or more years of experiencein performance marketing with direct, hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social accounts.

  • Experience running marketing operations inside Salesforce

  • Experience with call analytics and cloud telephony platforms (e.g., Talkdesk)

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated-industry marketing experience

  • Direct experience of HIPAA-compliant marketing and advertising requirements

  • Experience leading brand repositioning initiatives

  • Traditional, out-of-home (OOH), and digital media management experience

  • Experience allocating a seven-figure annual media budget across multiple geographic markets with different media economics.

  • Experience working in a private equity-backed organization
