Work Environment

This fully remote role is designed to support our therapists with a comprehensive telehealth platform that is user-friendly and designed specifically for mental health professionals. You will work autonomously in a digital environment that prioritizes client care and clinician satisfaction, allowing you to connect with clients through various communication methods including video, audio messaging, and interactive journal entries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Utilize our all-in-one telehealth platform to provide therapy sessions, track client progress, and document interactions efficiently.
  • Engage with clients primarily facing low acuity issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines while working with clients remotely.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. The platform is designed specifically to connect you with clients who fit your expertise and preferences, ensuring a fulfilling therapeutic experience. Clients come with a range of needs including support for anxiety, depression, weight management, and relational difficulties, all while being screened for stability before referral to you.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Hold a full and independent LCSW license in the state of Georgia without any disciplinary actions.
  • Possess a reliable internet connection along with a desktop computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing therapy services in a telehealth environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and online therapeutic tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus, full-time therapists will receive a monthly stipend to cover medical, dental, and vision benefits. Payments will be processed via weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
