Brand Project Manager

Hybrid (Seattle, WA)

6 months contract (possible extension or conversion)

Pay: $69-$73/hr

Join the largest coffee retail company in the country! This multinational chain is seeking a Brand Project Manager for the Design and Marketing Team.

In this role, you will serve as the project management lead for a variety of marketing campaigns, scaling from packaging asset management to highly visible coffee campaigns. You will facilitate cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors and manage projects through the entire process from kickoff to completion.

Brand Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion, managing schedules, budgets, scope, resources, risks, quality, and communications to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors through strategic, creative, and production workstreams while building strong relationships across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements while anticipating challenges, mitigating risks, and driving alignment on solutions and priorities.
  • Improve cross-functional planning, communication, workflows, and processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined solutions to enhance campaign efficiency and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and internal partnerships to successfully brief, coordinate, and deliver complex marketing and creative initiatives.

Brand Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing project management experience, including leading complex programs and projects through completion while managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, resources, and communications.
  • 2–3+ years of marketing experience, with the ability to lead product and creative workstreams from concept through production.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, and Slack.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning and leadership skills, including defining objectives, scope, resources, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome challenges, and drive projects through completion.
