Job Overview:

Pay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, digital advertising, entertainment marketing, or performance-driven creative production.
  • Experience producing user acquisition or performance marketing creative for mobile games.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, editorial storytelling, gameplay advertising, and short-form video execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, timing, easing, compositing, and visual effects.
  • Strong editorial instincts across pacing, rhythm, story structure, music editing, sound design, and audio synchronization.
  • Ability to combine gameplay, user interface elements, typography, visual effects, sound, and graphic design into clear and engaging advertising.
  • Experience developing both original creative concepts and high-volume creative iterations.
  • Experience building modular project files, reusable templates, and organized production systems.

  • Edit gameplay capture, cinematics, promotional footage, trailers, voiceover, music, sound effects, and approved AI-generated assets into short-form video advertisements.
  • Create strong opening hooks and clear visual stories using pacing, timing, typography, animation, sound, and editorial techniques.
  • Communicate gameplay mechanics, player progression, rewards, product features, and player motivations through engaging motion creative.
  • Develop original advertising concepts as well as structured creative variations for performance testing.
  • Produce ads for various digital advertising platforms.
  • Test variations across messaging, gameplay footage, pacing, sound, visual treatments, end cards, and calls to action.
  • Build organized and modular After Effects projects that allow for rapid revisions and creative iteration.
  • Create reusable templates and animation systems that improve production speed while maintaining creative quality.
  • Adapt creative for multiple aspect ratios, placements, languages, platforms, and campaign requirements.
  • Balance franchise guidelines, brand standards, and approved assets with performance-driven creative experimentation.
  • Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, source assets, linked media, and final deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services, Art Directors, Producers, Designers, Editors, Capture Artists, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, concept reviews, internal reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Review creative performance learnings and apply relevant insights to future concepts and iterations.
  • Stay current on mobile advertising trends, competitor creative, social formats, motion design techniques, and emerging production tools.
  • Use approved AI tools responsibly to support ideation, editing, production, iteration, and creative adaptation while maintaining quality, consistency, and appropriate brand and intellectual property standards.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience producing creative for puzzle, casual, hybrid casual, strategy, or other mobile game genres.
  • Experience creating App Store screenshots, promotional graphics, product page assets, or App Store Optimization creative.
  • Experience using Unity, Unreal Engine, or other gameplay capture and asset-handling tools.
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software for compositing and production support.
  • Experience with motion design plugins such as Trapcode, Saber, Element 3D, or similar tools.
  • Experience using Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or other generative image and video platforms.
  • Familiarity with multi-model AI platforms for image, video, audio, and creative generation.
  • Knowledge of node-based AI workflows or agent-based creative systems.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop generative AI features.
  • Familiarity with language and creative development tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Experience partnering directly with User Acquisition or Performance Marketing teams and applying campaign results to future creative development.
