This position is unique as it offers a fully remote work setting, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Worker to manage their schedule while effectively reaching out to clients. • Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and significant emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, ensuring that all team members are focused on enhancing client care and support.
• Maintain client-centered approaches by adapting engagements to accommodate diverse cultural backgrounds and individual beliefs.
• Implement integrated care plans that effectively link clients with necessary services, sharing relevant information with family members and other healthcare providers to optimize care.
• Conduct thorough assessments that include brief screenings and, when necessary, detailed evaluations to determine appropriate treatment paths for clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on the unique needs of each client, ensuring that all treatment services are aligned with presenting issues and client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, and conduct status checks during admission and discharge to ensure seamless transitions in care.
• Engage in crisis intervention when required, addressing emergency situations with appropriate therapeutic techniques and safety protocols.
• Contribute to organizational quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees focused on enhancing service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, many of whom are from medically under-served populations. Your responsibility will be to address mental health issues affecting these individuals, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychiatric conditions. By providing culturally competent care and support, you will empower clients to overcome their challenges, facilitating therapeutic healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas.
• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly in mental health settings, is essential for successful applicants.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated competency in managing client assessments, treatment planning, and crisis situations.

• Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are preferred, as they will enable you to connect with a wider range of clients.
• Experience working within community health settings or with under-served populations will be an advantage.
