Salary Range: USD 1800 - 2750 per month based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-level Real Estate Lead Manager to oversee the distribution, tracking, and conversion of high-value leads. The ideal candidate has specialized experience within large-scale brokerage environmentsβ€”specifically Sotheby’s International Realty or Compass.

You will be responsible for the strategic assignment of leads to agents, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with the white-glove service synonymous with luxury real estate. This is a role for a process-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate brokerage setting and understands the nuances of relocation and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Distribution: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incoming leads, ensuring rapid response times and strategic pairing with the right agents.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor agent follow-up and performance, ensuring high conversion rates and adherence to company standards.
  • Network Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate relocation departments and referral networks.
  • Platform Mastery: Utilize industry-specific software to track lead status, update referral partners, and generate performance reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all lead documentation and referral agreements are executed accurately and stored within the company’s internal database.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager specifically within a large brokerage (e.g., Sotheby’s, Compass, or other major national firms). Experience working for a small team or individual agent will not be considered a substitute for corporate brokerage experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in at least one of the following platforms is mandatory:
  • eRelocation (by ASK)
  • AnywheRE or Leads Engine (by Anywhere/Realogy)
  • Broker Center (by Cartus)
  • Global Referral Network (Sotheby’s International Realty)
  • Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal) is required to interact with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners.
  • Reliability: Ability to work a set 40-hour schedule aligned with either EST (New York) or PST (California) business hours.
Preferred Skills
  • Deep understanding of the relocation industry (Cartus, Sirva, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze lead data to identify trends and improve conversion strategies.
  • A calm-under-pressure demeanor with the ability to pivot between urgent tasks.
How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience with the specific software platforms listed above. Candidates with direct Sotheby's or Compass experience will be prioritized.
