Selling Sales Manager
Location: Springfield, MA (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $250,000 – $350,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead from the front while driving revenue and developing a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a leader who thrives on closing deals while coaching others in the field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps for hands-on training
  • Assist reps in-home by supporting the closing process when needed
  • Track and review performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Handle cancel-save appointments to recover potential sales
  • Partner with the rehash team to maximize closing opportunities
  • Lead ongoing training sessions to develop and strengthen the team
  • Set clear expectations and keep the team aligned with company goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable with technology (iPads, digital contracts, etc.)
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, as well as a car allowance, offering strong earning potential.
