We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Holistic Recovery Counselling. In this full-time role, you will engage in meaningful work from the comfort of your home, contributing to the mental health and overall well-being of our clients. Holistic Recovery Counselling is a transformative community health clinic located in Murrieta, California, specializing in outpatient behavioral health services. This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to build a work schedule that aligns with your life. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who are committed to creating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere for both staff and clients. Regular virtual meetings and ongoing training are integral to keeping our team connected and informed.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting psychosocial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
• Communicating effectively with physicians and other team members about patient progress, identifying concerns, and coordinating care to ensure continuity of support.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in adherence to department policies and regulatory standards.
• Providing counseling and crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based practices to address emotional and behavioral issues faced by individuals.
• Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with community resources and organizations, representing Holistic Recovery Counselling at meetings to advocate for the social needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their recovery journeys, fostering resilience, and guiding them towards achieving sustainable wellness.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating expertise in mental health counseling and social work practices.
• A comprehensive understanding of psychological theories and therapeutic techniques, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a self-directed approach to managing documentation and billing hours effectively.

Experience in community health or outpatient clinics is a plus, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing processes. Candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, family therapy, or substance abuse counseling will be especially valued.
