You'll lead a team of Recovery Specialists responsible for helping customers resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure Team Members deliver strong results while providing a positive customer experience.

You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence through effective workforce management, performance monitoring, quality oversight, and continuous process improvement. You will develop talent, foster a culture of accountability and engagement, and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, customer outcomes, and overall departmental performance.

Responsibilities

As our Recovery Solutions Unit Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recovery Specialists to achieve individual and departmental performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance discussions and coaching sessions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Manage employee engagement, attendance, performance, and talent development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operational strategies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of management experience.ย 
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, in all situations.
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
