About the Firm
Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking an experienced Sr. Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a highly regarded law firm that represents a wide range of clients in sophisticated commercial real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Prepare, review, and organize a variety of legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, closing statements, and loan documents.
  • Conduct title, survey, and zoning reviews; identify issues and work with attorneys to resolve them.
  • Coordinate and manage real estate closings, including drafting closing checklists, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all necessary documents are in place.
  • Communicate with clients, title companies, surveyors, lenders, and other third parties involved in transactions.
  • Perform due diligence, including reviewing public records, obtaining UCC searches, and ordering title commitments and policies.
  • Maintain and organize files, ensuring accurate and timely filing of documents with appropriate authorities.
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed in real estate matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on commercial real estate transactions.
