What You'll Do:

As Superintendent, you'll be our boots on the ground-leading all phases of construction in the field from project handoff through completion. You'll manage crews, subcontractors, safety, quality, and scheduling, all while keeping the end goal in sharp focus: delivering commercial construction projects on time, on spec, and on budget.

Uphold the highest standards for job site safety and quality

Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and monthly owner check-ins

What We're Looking For:

This role is built for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes ownership of outcomes. You're hands-on, detail-oriented, and can pivot fast when things don't go as planned.

You're a fit if you:
Have experience leading commercial construction projects

Have proven experience as a commercial construction superintendent

Know how to lead people, manage resources, and control timelines

Communicate clearly and confidently across all project stakeholders

Are proactive, solution-focused, and highly accountable
