What job is above RBT?

The job above a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is typically a Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These roles involve designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans and require advanced certification and education. BCBAs often supervise RBTs and other staff in clinical settings.

What is an ABA manager?

An ABA manager is a professional responsible for overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs, often for individuals with autism. They supervise behavior analysts and therapists, develop treatment plans, and ensure quality care, typically requiring certification such as BCBA or BCBA-D.
