Job description

The Azure Agile Business Systems Analyst will support the application as it moves from proof of concept into a production ready Finance capability. The role will serve as the day to day IT liaison across Finance, EY and internal technology teams, translating business needs into actionable delivery items and ensuring that application knowledge, decisions and operating processes are retained within team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as primary BSA for the application and coordinate day to day delivery activities.

Partner with Finance/Product stakeholders to understand processes, priorities, calculations, workflow and business rules.

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and technical requirements.

Maintain and prioritize Jira backlog items, defects, dependencies, risks, decisions and action items.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives and release planning.

Coordinate dependencies across Azure, Data/EIM, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, integrations and other teams.

Support data requirements for vehicle, cost, pricing, volume, mix, profitability, competitive and planning inputs.

Coordinate source system and integration requirements; support data mapping, validation, reconciliation and issue tracking.

Coordinate application access, roles, environment needs and security requirements.

Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, business validation and release readiness.

Partner with EY during design, development, testing, deployment, stabilization and knowledge transfer.

Document application functionality, data dependencies, integrations, design decisions and operational procedures.

Support production readiness gates, go live preparation, hypercare and transition to ongoing support.

Provide concise status, risk and dependency updates to IT and Finance leadership.

Help prepare future phases, including new integrations, workflow expansion and AI enabled capabilities.

REQUIRED / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

5+ years of Business Systems Analyst, Technical BSA or comparable enterprise application experience.

Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience and hands on use of Jira or similar tools.

Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, planning, pricing, profitability or other data intensive business applications.

Experience coordinating cloud hosted applications, APIs, data pipelines and enterprise integrations.

Comfort working with Azure application environments, SSO/RBAC, CI/CD concepts and Dev/Test/UAT/Production lifecycle.

Strong requirements, testing, documentation, vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.

Ability to bridge Finance users and highly technical teams; automotive or complex planning experience is a plus
