What We Do
The Program Manager is responsible for managing programs or multiple projects, with complex interdependencies, on an ongoing and regular basis. Responsible for project planning and status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution. The Program Manager works more often with strategy and articulates the goals and objectives of the program and how it will impact the business.
What You'll Do
Program Management & Execution
• Manage multiple, interdependent projects supporting the DNA identity and access management program
• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and governance structures aligned to DNA priorities
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely delivery of program outcomes
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Identity Governance
• Optimize and scale role-based access controls (RBAC) across DNA systems and products
• Coordinate and drive access certification processes for in-scope applications
• Partner with product and engineering teams to establish clear access ownership and accountability
• Enhance program maturity by systematically identifying and addressing excessive or outdated access to reduce overall risk exposure.
Access Operations
• Mature and optimize joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes across DNA platforms to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to streamline provisioning workflows
• Track and report on access request volumes, cycle times, and service performance
• Support implementation of automation and service improvements to reduce manual effort
Authentication & Security Improvements
• Support rollout and adoption of MFA and SSO across DNA products and systems
• Drive ongoing optimization of authentication processes and controls in coordination with cybersecurity teams to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Improve visibility into privileged and service accounts within DNA environments
• Contribute to roadmap planning for incremental identity security enhancements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Cybersecurity, teams to align on access requirements
• Facilitate issue resolution and remove blockers impacting program delivery
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across stakeholders
What You'll Bring
• 5-8+ years of program or project management experience in technology or data environments
• Experience supporting identity, access management, or security-related initiatives
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, MFA, SSO, provisioning)
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $105,950-$115,500 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
