ACR is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for supporting the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations. This individual should be able to communicate effectively with the development team, requirement team and business units to write, execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively within high performance multi-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure overall software quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, based on product requirements.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports for an online web application based on business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain automated tests triggering through the current continuous integration/continuous delivery tool to provide confidence in quality of delivery for all code deployments.
  • Work with functional teams to analyze and identify automation test cases, identify test data requirement for automation.
  • Participate in both the current state and future state of test planning and execution, including, but not limited to, functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with SCRUM teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans in each sprint cycle.

Required Skills: 

  • Education & Domain Expertise

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field

    • Experience in Healthcare/Health Informatics, including HIPAA compliance, FDA regulations, DICOM, and HL7

  • Quality Assurance & Testing

    • 7+ years of software testing across automation, performance, and database testing

    • Expert-level experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control practices

    • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools such as NUnit, JUnit, NCover, JMeter, Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber, TestComplete, and similar

    • Experience with test management and collaboration tools such as Confluence and Adaptivist

    • Strong experience testing APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools

  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in C# and intermediate-level Python

    • Experience with SQL

    • Familiarity with .NET (preferred)

  • DevOps & Cloud

    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps

    • Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure

  • Project & Workflow Tools

    • Experience working with Jira

ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy that includes base salary in addition to our full suite of comprehensive benefits (https://www.acr.org/Jobs).  ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably.  It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances.  A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $104,500 – $139,300.
