Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant group for one of its flagship Upper West Side locations. This is a confidential search for an iconic, established restaurant generating approximately $25 million in annual sales volume.


This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the importance of guest experience, and has a proven track record leading large teams while maintaining operational excellence.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading daily front-of-house restaurant operations in a very high-volume environment
  • Driving an exceptional guest experience and creating a culture centered around hospitality
  • Developing, mentoring, and coaching hourly team members and managers
  • Writing and managing labor-efficient schedules
  • Monitoring labor controls, staffing levels, and operational efficiencies
  • Partnering with culinary and events teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Supporting private dining, catering, and large-scale event operations
  • Upholding service standards, systems, and operational consistency
  • Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Maintaining strong communication between FOH and BOH leadership teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership presence with a passion for hospitality and people development
  • Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced operations
