Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
  • Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
  • Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
  • Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
  • Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
  • Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
  • Familiar with estimating systems CCC1preferred.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Successful completion of background check required.
Physical & Environmental

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required.
