Job description

The QC/QA Lead - Custodial/Landscape provides oversight and management of custodial and landscape O&M quality assurance functions in large facilities. This role sets standards, develops processes, and ensures compliance with service contracts and best practices. Quality Program Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage QC/QA programs for custodial and landscape operations.

Prepare and maintain method statements and documentation. Compliance & Process Improvement: Oversee compliance with cleaning and landscaping standards. Audit and evaluate performance; implement corrective actions.

Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of audits, corrective actions, and team performance. Working Conditions: Role is split between office work and on-site facility inspections. Occasional after-hours oversight.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to inspect facility interior/exterior environments. Secret Clearance required. Bachelor's degree in a facilities management discipline.

Minimum fifteen (15) years in major industrial or construction project QC/QA roles. Minimum five (5) years as a QC/QA Lead. In-depth knowledge of custodial and landscape O&M standards.
