The Opportunity
As an Adobe Transformation - Manager, you will leverage advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems.
As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Leading data analysis workstreams to drive insights and support strategic decision-making
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize client operations

- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Marketo, AEM Assets, and/or Workfront
- Managing and mentoring teams to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data utilization and business improvement
- Building and maintaining data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and inform predictive modeling efforts
- Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks
- Applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities
- Facilitating the integration of innovative technologies and practices across data analytics teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Utilizing advanced skills in machine learning and predictive analytics
- Excelling in complex data analysis and algorithm development
- Managing projects with strategic planning and execution
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance client solutions

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
