Basic Qualifications:
- Associate Project Manager: Bachelor's degree and one year working in industry. An additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Project Manager: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; master's degree and 0 years' experience; or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
- Experience in project management/ execution and closeout.
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
- Knowledge of Project Management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
- Experience with tools and systems for planning, scheduling, and managing projects.
- Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communication to small groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification.
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
