This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering complex industrial, commercial, and design-build projects while maintaining long-term relationships with clients and trade partners.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, working alongside experienced site teams and senior leadership.

  • Leading project meetings with clients, consultants, architects, and trade partners
  • Working closely with Site Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Reviewing drawings, RFIs, shop drawings, and contract documentation
  • Monitoring project costs, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Managing project risks while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each project
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

  • Experience coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project

Assets include:

  • P.Eng., C.E.T., Gold Seal, or PMP designation
  • Experience with Jonas Construction Software
  • Experience delivering food processing or industrial facility projects
  • Experience with pre-engineered buildings

Why This Opportunity?

  • Join a stable, growing Ontario contractor with a strong project pipeline
  • Work on technically challenging industrial and commercial projects
  • Collaborative leadership team with a reputation for quality
  • Opportunity to take ownership of projects from conception through completion
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience
