JOB SUMMARY

This individual will manage multiple commercial projects from the point of sale through the final billing. They will represent our organization at the project site during product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges when warranted while providing top tier customer service.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively utilize the Order Management and Service Software.
  • Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer.
  • Prepare all required submittals for architectural review including shop drawings, product data, and test reports.
  • Field measure projects when verification is required and recognize potential site problems to identify solutions with on-site personnel.
  • Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness.
  • Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up.
  • Produce all close out documentation to complete the project.


REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Commercial Segment Manager.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree
  • Knowledge of architectural drawings and details
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebem
