Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Project Manager to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program Resident Office (PRO). The Project Manager will serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact and provide overall contract management, operational oversight, and coordination across all task areas supporting shipbuilding acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities/Tasks and Duties:

  • Serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact for all task order operations and Government interface support
  • Provide overall contract management, staffing oversight, and quality control across all functional areas
  • Oversee execution of SharePoint/data management support, documentation and administrative support, IMS/EVM/EVMS support, TSM deficiency tracking, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and COR/business operations support
  • Manage deliverables, schedules, staffing coordination, and contract performance to ensure alignment with Government requirements
  • Support invoice validation, timekeeping oversight, and financial tracking activities
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, COR, and program leadership to ensure effective communication and program execution
  • Lead program status meetings, reporting activities, and performance reviews
  • Identify and resolve technical, operational, and staffing issues impacting program performance
  • Ensure compliance with DHS and USCG procedures, security requirements, and contract performance standards
  • Support continuity of operations, staffing adjustments, and program transitions as needed
  • Maintain alignment with Coast Guard acquisition objectives and program priorities

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience managing federal contracts, task orders, or program operations
  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and multiple functional workstreams
  • Demonstrated experience managing deliverables, schedules, staffing, and reporting requirements
  • Strong Government stakeholder engagement and coordination experience
  • Ability to manage fast-paced operational environments with competing priorities
  • Experience supporting DHS, DoD, USCG, acquisition, logistics, or program management environments preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Substitution: At least five (5) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a project or program management role
  • Knowledge of ship construction or shipbuilding processes preferred

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
