Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management. Monitor project progress against the master schedule and drive resolution of schedule, cost, and execution risks.
- Leadership & Team Management: Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance, prepare status updates, and maintain visibility of key deliverables and action items.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, manage escalations, and support issue and claims resolution.
- Documentation & Compliance Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Travel Requirements Travel approximately 15% or as required for project site visits, client meetings and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial, power, energy, renewable energy, or BESS projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing projects with contract values of approximately $100M+.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing project leadership roles.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrixed and global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project experience preferred.
- Power Plant and/or Substation project experience preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.

- Organizational Skills Strong ability to manage complex schedules, resources, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Problem Solving Ability to identify project challenges, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and project controls processes. Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software is highly desirable.
