We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall management of projects from initiation to completion. The primary duties will involve identifying project requirements, overseeing costs, and ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. Additionally, the Project Manager will be tasked with identifying potential issues and collaborating with clients to resolve them, acting as a liaison to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations. You will also be responsible for creating Pay Applications for payment based on project completion milestones and working closely with the accounting department to review project costs and ensure accurate accounting practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Management:

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to achieve projectobjectives effectively.

2. Needs Identification and Cost Oversight:

  • Identify project needs and requirements, including resources, materials, and timelines, to ensure project success.
