Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Cost Analyst Lead opportunities in Houston, TX (Hybrid). Responsibilities for a Cost Analyst Lead include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the preparation, integration, calculation, and optimization of project costs and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for Aero gas turbine power plant proposals and project execution.

  • Partner with cross-functional project management, finance, and tendering teams to drive budget achievement and prepare high-level financial reviews (PMRs).

  • Track, analyze, and communicate project cost opportunities and risks (P75) across execution teams and senior leadership.

  • Drive cost process continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and author standard work documentation for best EAC practices.

Candidates for Cost Analyst Lead must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical discipline from an accredited university.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimating, cost engineering, project management, or power plant design.

  • Strong technical expertise with Aero gas turbine power plant systems, project cost controls, and financial analytical modeling.

  • Demonstrated passion for process improvement, lean methodologies, and implementing execution lessons learned into future proposals.

Pay Details: $59.56 per hour
