Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience)

Position Summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of commercial construction and renovation projects from pre-construction through project closeout.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.

  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.

  • Manage subcontractor performance and maintain strong working relationships with project partners.

  • Mentor and support junior project managers, project engineers, and field staff.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls.

  • Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
