We are open to filling this position inany of our Atlantic Canada offices including Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Grand Falls, Bathurst,Halifaxor St. John's.

A typical day on the job might look like:

  • Providing engineering designs for civil infrastructure projects (ports,harboursand bridges)
  • Working with diverse teams of discipline managers, engineers,designersand technicians
  • Managing projects andbeing responsible forcompletion on schedule and financial performance
  • Acting as a technical resource and as a mentor to junior/intermediate staff
  • Writing,compilingand reviewing technical reports
  • Preparing fee proposals
  • Being a member of site visit teams, gathering information asrequiredto complement design activities
  • Maintaining quality throughout a project andimplementimprovements when determined
  • Preparing regular project summary reports
  • Encouraging growth within the group and increasing the general knowledge base throughout the company
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting business relationships with clients
  • Identifyingand mitigating potential hazards in the field or onsite, promoting a safe working environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to convey technical ideas clearly
  • Eligibility to register or are currently registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) withone or more of the Atlantic provinces
  • Proven ability to manage projects
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Valid driver's license
